Prices are figured per person and are priced according to food choices. Service is for a one and a half hour period. Different stations can be set up at individual tables around your event instead of the long table of the traditional buffet. This helps prevent long lines and bottlenecks at the buffet table. Your complete buffet is served on attractive looking platters and dishes. Prices are subject to change due to market fluctions. Prices are based on a minimum of 75 persons, two-station minimum. Tax is not included. Servers, linen, and china are available. Thank you.
